  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may request a return. However, to be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear, continuous video of the parcel opening process. The video must show the package being opened without any cuts, edits, or pauses, starting from the sealed package to the discovery of the damaged product inside.

2. How to Request a Return

If your product meets the return conditions, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 2 days of receiving the product, contact us at uniqbazaar2019@gmail.com or call us at 9822129338 to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide Video Evidence: Attach the parcel opening video that clearly shows the damage and the entire unboxing process.
  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your return request and the video evidence. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
  • Rejected Returns: If your return does not meet the conditions, it will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging and tags.
  • Items not accompanied by the required video evidence.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order.
